I don't know exactly what you mean in this graphics section, I read teh rules and stuff and DON'T really get it so could you explain more? Anyways, Is this what you mean? (This is not by me just asking if this is what you mean...)

Yah, you are right. If any student likes to do work like this then they can post it in this section if they want (wheather it be avatars, icons, or signatures...)
